Shipping & Freight
You can determine the Estimated Shipping by adding an item to your Shipping Cart: simply click the add this to my cart or ‘bag’ icon and you will be brought to a new screen where you can see items you have added to your shipping cart. At the bottom of this page is the Estimate Shipping box. Pick your country, state, or providence, zip code and the click the “update” button. Your estimated shipping costs will appear. If you have problems using this feature simply email us your address and details of what you wish to order and we’ll get back to you.
United States & Puerto Rico & Hawaii:
We may ship your order using UPS ground, US Mail (USPS) or Federal Express ground: which service we choose is governed by costs, service to the destination or other factors which we determine. The shipment and sales FOB Origin our facility Franklin, NJ. If you need your order sooner we can attempt to ship with “expedited” services. All expedited shipments need to be placed over the phone, however availability is subject to seasonal demand and work loads. Call us at 973-209-0260.
International:
We may ship your order using UPS, US Mail (USPS), Federal Express ground (were applicable) and Federal Express International: which service we choose is governed by costs, service to the destination or other factors which we determine. The shipment and sales terms are Exworks our facility in NJ: you are responsible for brokerage services and all customs, duties, VAT and any brokerage fees at your end. All “expedited” shipments need to be placed over the phone . Call us at 973-209-0260.
When We Ship To You:
You will be sent by email the shipping “carrier’s” (UPS Fed-X, USPS) tracking tracking number(s) after the goods have shipped. And The carrier may send you shipping updates to the email address you provided in your login in profile. Please insure you do not delete the email notices from your inbox, and ensure you do not have a spam filter turned on else you will may not receive the email with the tracking information. You can copy and paste the tracking number(s) from the invoice sent to you when we ship into the appropriate carriers website to get updates on your shipment.
Note: we do not control the shipping time or delivery time. Depending upon your location, total delivery time could be 1-2 days or 10 days. And here we mean ‘calendar’ days. We cannot expedite (encourage the freight carrier to make things happen quicker) the freight carriers (US mail, UPS or Federal Express). There are plenty of valid reasons for things to be slow or late (weather, lack of man power, holidays, customs, etc.). Once the goods are in the hands of the freight you must have patience. We email you a final invoice with the tracking number(s) and the freight carrier sends them to your email address as well. If you are not seeing the tracking from the freight carrier please check your spam folders. If you need further updates on the status of the freight carrier’s movements please copy the tracking number and paste it in google.
IMPORTANT: All cartons or packages must be inspected immediately upon receipt, and all products must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Cartons or packages that are damaged in any degree must be documented with freight carrier (ie. USPS, Federal Express or your local freight carrier) at the time of receipt. In the event of damaged cartons or packaging, damaged goods, or missing goods, you must notify us immediately upon receipt otherwise the shipment will be considered acceptable. In the event of any request for any claim for damages or lost shipments with the freight carrier, all packaging and goods must be retained until such time the freight carrier Griffiths are satisfied with the inspection of the goods and packaging. And, naturally, any claim filed with a freight carrier will require your complete cooperation through out the process. Failure to immediately notify us of any freight claims can result in a denial of the claim by the freight carrier.
