How To Order Products

  1. Please visit our shop. The products and parts we stock and sell are shown for each make and model.
  2. Determine your make, model, and year of the your car.
  3. If you are 100% of what you need simply order online.  If you are not sure, just drop us an email.

Method of Payment

We accept Mastercard or Visa credit cards within US Jurisdictions. The credit card must be in the Buyer’s name. In some cases when we cannot accept your credit card we offer other payment options such as bank wire transfer.

Shipping Methods

United States & Puerto Rico & Hawaii:
We may ship your order using UPS ground,  US Mail (USPS) or Federal Express ground:  which service we choose may be governed by  costs, service to the destination or other factors.  Shipment terms are FOB-Franklin, NJ.  If you need your order sooner we can attempt to ship with “expedited” services.    All expedited shipments need to be placed over the phone,  however availability is subject to seasonal demand and work loads. International:
We may ship your order using UPS,  US Mail (USPS) or Federal Express International; which service we choose may be governed by costs, service to the destination or other factors.   Shipment terms are Exworks-Franklin, NJ; you are responsible for customs, duties, VAT and any brokerage fees at your end.    All “expedited” shipments need to be placed over the phone . When Will We Ship

We attempt to process and ship orders as soon as possible.  Typically the process takes 1-3 business days. Can we ship your order faster?  Not if there are other orders in front of you, that would be unfair to the other customers.   If we can ship sooner we will try but we do not guarantee it.  Doing things in a ‘rush’ always leads to other issues. 

Returns

All product/goods returns must be approved by the Seller (Griffiths Technical Inc) in writing.  The Seller is not obligated to accept any return.  All returns are subject to the Seller’s Terms & Conditions of Sale noted further below.

Technical Support

Our staff is here to help you; we offer technical support for issues related to Griffiths products you have purchased.  However, technical support does not include teaching AC theory, how to use ac tools or equipment or common ac principals or practices.  You should have some basic mechanical experience and tools, as well as knowledge of your vehicle.  Technical support is available by email by writing to [email protected], or when our staff is available by phone at 973-209-0260.
