The prices noted on the Griffiths Website are the Minimum Advertised Price.  We reserve the right to change prices at any time. This Website presents an offer to purchase subject to the terms, conditions and policies stated within the Website.  All responses to our offers, such as when you process an order on-line through this Website, are subject to our final review and acceptance. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time. In such cases when we do withdraw our offer we will attempt to notify you by email to the email address you provide when you register to purchase.

Payment

We accept Mastercard or Visa credit cards within US Jurisdictions. In some cases when we cannot accept your credit card we offer other payment options such as bank wire transfer. The card must be in the buyer’s name, the billing and shipping address must be identical.

New Jersey State Sales Tax

All shipments made to destinations in the state of New Jersey are subject to New Jersey’s State Sales Tax. Generally shipments made to other states or territories (other than New Jersey) are not subject to sales tax, however you may be responsible for “taxes” imposed by your area (city, county, state, providence, country) such as: sales tax, duties, VAT, broker fees, etc. from that destination. In such cases you, the buyer, may be responsible for such costs if any. Check with your local government regarding importation taxes and related costs.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Charges are added to the invoice for shipping, handling and insurance. “Estimated Shipping Charges” shown on this Website are “estimated” and based on the shipping address you have provided and the schedule of shipping charges provided to us by outside service providers. We are not responsible for inaccuracies you have made in processing an order through this Website or inaccuracies from service providers. In the event that we are aware that estimated shipping charges are greater than those shown on this Website prior to shipment we will notify you by email prior to shipping. Additional shipping charges may be billed to your account in the event that information provided by you is inaccurate, such as when an incorrect shipping address is given and the freight carrier bills us additional charges to correct or redirect the shipment.
