91162401301 Kuehl 911-930 Front Condenser Blower Assembly

The 91162401301 Kuehl 911-930 Front Condenser Blower Assembly; your original assembly is located in the LH section of front trunk adjacent to the battery.   The blower runs when the compressor clutch engages.   The blower pulls in air from behind the front bumper and blows down on the front condenser. The blower is powered by its own relay in the primary fuse relay panel in the trunk. Replacement of the 91162401301 Porsche 911-930 Front Condenser Blower Assembly sometimes requires removal of the battery (they are close to one another; depends upon which battery size you are using).  Disconnect power supply electrical plug attached to the old blower assembly. The blower assembly is held down to the trunk tub bottom with 4 phillips head screws; remove the screws.  Gently withdraw the assembly, the snorkel end is inserted in a rectangular hole in the front section of the trunk (the snorkel goes into a rubber gasket in the front section).  Remove the old blower assembly. Attach the new foam sealing gasket (supplied) on the bottom of the the new Kuehl front condenser assembly.  Carefully insert the Kuehl unit into rubber gasket in the front section). Align the 4 holes in the bottom flange of the new Kuehl assembly. Use the 4 new screws lightly snug the unit down. If your blower's electrical harness does not have a 7.5 amp in-line fuse you can simply plug in the fuse assembly we include. The new Kuehl 911-930 Front Condenser Blower Assembly is designed to be serviceable; no special clips hold it together, just common stainless steel fasteners, and the motor with it's blower wheel attached can be easily removed and replaced.
