91157315005 Porsche 911 AC Barrier Hose. Replaces PN 911-573-150-03. Compressor to Engine Deck Lid Condenser Barrier Hose Assembly. 3 Year Limited Warranty. Griffiths' Kuehl brand 91157315005 Porsche 911 AC Barrier Hose assembly fits all Porsche 911 (all normally aspirated non turbo) models from 1984 through 1989, both LH and RH drive. This AC barrier hose connects between the Nippondenso compressor outlet and stock rear engine deck lid condenser inlet at the RH hood hinge. The design matches the original OEM configuration: having a 45 degree O-ring fitting at the compressor outlet and 180 degree horse shoe O-ring fitting at the rear deck lid condenser inlet; all fittings properly crimped and matching OEM hose length. We included new 0-rings and a new and better hose clamp system to secure the hose to the RH hinge. The original factory hose tends to get damaged over time from engine heat and up and down movement of the deck lid. Replacement of the 91157315005 Porsche 911 AC Barrier Hose assembly requires the following:- Recovery of refrigerant from the system prior to removal
- Disconnecting the ends at compressor outlet and the engine deck lid condenser (use two wrenches to avoid damaging condenser fittings).
- Removal of the support hose clamp on the hood hinge.
- Installing a new receiver drier.
- Evacuation, charge and testing of the ac system.
