Griffiths’ Kuehl brand 94457309713, replaces 94457309701, Porsche 944 AC Barrier Hose assembly connects between the compressor outlet and the condenser inlet. Includes new o-rings. R12 and R134a compatible. The original factory hose tends to wear from heat and vibration. Replacement of the 94457309713 Porsche 944 AC Barrier Hose assembly requires the following:- Recovery of refrigerant from the system prior to removal
- Support front tires off the ground with drive up ramps, or jack stands.
- Removal of the splash pan
- Disconnecting the hose ends at compressor outlet manifold and the condenser inlet (use two wrenches to avoid damaging condenser fittings).
- Install new barrier hose with new o-rings
- Installing a new receiver drier is recommended, with new o-rings.
- Reinstall splash pan.
- Evacuation, charge and testing of the ac system.
- R12 and R134a compatible
- Includes o-rings
