Griffiths Kuehl brand 94457320101 Porsche 968, 1993-1995 Expansion Valve with new o-rings, sensor clip and prestite black insulation tape. Symptoms of Expansion Valve failures include freezing evaporator core, flooding evaporator core, excessive low and high side pressures. Before you replace your expansion valve you should trouble shoot similar symptoms to determine if your valve is failing. The top copper tube is hermetically sealed and has a coil or pig tail on the end. The pig tail is clamped onto the top of the evaporator outlet pipe to sense outlet temperature. R134a compatible.- Also called a "TXV" or thermostatic expansion valve
