Griffiths' 90157391500 Porsche 911-930 1970-83 Expansion Valve. Also called a TEV or TXV. The 90157391500 Porsche 911-930 1970-83 Expansion Valve has two copper tubes. The top copper tube is hermetically sealed and has a coil or pig tail on the end. The pig tail is clamped onto the top of the evaporator outlet pipe to sense outlet temperature. The second copper tube exits the back to the valve. This second copper tube is the external equalization tube and it has a flare fitting and attaches to a fitting on the evaporator outlet tube. Fits the following Porsche models- All Porsche 911 and 930’s with flare-type evaporator fittings
- 911 and 930 years 1970-1983.
- LH and RH drive models.
- R134a and R12 compatible
- Includes pigtail clip, black insulation Prestite tape
